Ice Age

Ice Age 1:

Ice Age 1 is about a trio of friends who find a small child baby abandoned by his family, and set out to return him. In the Pack, there is Sid, the humorous yet stupid sloth, Manny, the moody mammoth, and Diego, the tracking Tiger. Together they embark upon a journey across the frozen waste land, using Diego's skills to track, and Manny's size, and Sid's stupidity, they deliver the baby to the rightful owner.

Ice Age 2:

The second movie of The Ice Age is about the three odd ones trying to outwit death, while seeking safety due to the prediction of the future. It is said that All the Ice is to melt very soon. Along the way, the herd meets three new members. Elle, and her two younger possum brothers. Like Manny, Elle is a mammoth, but she doesn't know it. She thinks she is a possum like her brothers. While trying to convince her otherwise, the gang must find a way to escape the horrible fate.

Ice Age 3:

Okay, so the most recent movie is about Manny and Elle having a child, while Sid, feeling lonely, decides to seek his own. Accidentally, he discovers and unknown world where dinosaurs roam, and the impossible is proven possible. Meanwhile, Diego has some choices of his own to make about whether or not he should stick with his pack.

Characters:

Sid:

Sid is most people's favorite character because he's hilarious, but he has a big heart. He's a very lovable character who's always trying to be tough and a smart guy, when we all know that he's a total idiot, lovable, but idiotic none of the less.

Manny:

Manny the Moody Mammoth, how to begin. Well, to start, at the beginning of the series, Manny was always trying to be independent even though with Sid, the lonely sloth hanging around, he is finding it very difficult. But as the story progresses, his character becomes more soft hearted and loving. As he develops a family, and his love for his brothers grows stronger, he changes in many different ways.

Diego:

Diego is the sabertooth tiger with WAY to many choices to make. With trying to decide which pack to help, and how to do it,he is put through many challenges. But he has a big heart and has the bravery needed to help his friends.

Story:

I thought the story was EXTREMELY creative. I mean, would you have thought of a herd consisting of a mammoth, a sloth, and a tiger going out to save a humans life? Say what you want, but I SERIOUSLY doubt it. I think the story is creative and intriguing, and I hope to see more of it in the future.

Overall Review:

Overall, I really enjoy the Ice Age movies. They are a classic, with good morals and fun characters, and a creative story. I hope to see more of it in the future, and I highly advise watching it.
